You can make appointments by calling us during normal business hours. If more convenient, we have made requesting an appointment possible this Web site.
Normally on a first visit to our office, we perform a thorough oral exam Including cancer screening and necessary x-rays. This allows us to design a plan of treatment to address your needs. Of course, we can address acute problems immediately.
The time we reserve to provide your care Is solely yours. We would ask that you give us at least one business day's notice if you find it necessary to change your appointment; 2 business days for appointments 1 hour or longer. There is a charge for missed appointments and those canceled where the time can not be scheduled by another patient.
We try our best to see our scheduled patients in a timely manner. Unexpected emergencies and complications do occur during our treatment day. Please know we will attempt to notify you of any delay If possible.
Payment Arrangements and Insurance
Payment for your care is expected at the time of therapy. Progressive payments may be arranged for procedures requiring multiple appointments. We accept checks, cash, and most major credit cards,
We are to submit and accept payments from most traditional insurance carriers. Though our office participates in a limited number of preferred provider plans (PPO), we are not associated with any dental maintenance organizations (DMO). We have found many of these plans fail to provide fair reimbursement for the quality care our patients expect.
If you are covered by a dental benefits plan, there are several things of which you should be aware. Most plans have a yearly deductible and maximum yearly benefit. Though we use special computer software to estimate your benefits, we can not guarantee the reimbursement provided by your carrier. You are responsible for any fees not paid by your plan or not paid by your carrier 60 days after initial submission. We only submit claims to primary carriers; save your `explanation of benefits' to submit to any secondary carriers.
